We’re two months into the New Year and hopefully you’re staying on top of your budget. But if you’re anything like me, you might be having a little bit of trouble. I have been using the Cash Envelope System these past two months and it has been working good, but I needed something a little more to really keep me on track. So with some amazing excel sheets and some bright colors, I made up a complete budget guide to help me stay on track.
It is made up of a month at a glance debt worksheet thats split into three pages, with the last page being any debts that you pay month to month beside utilities like a credit card or a student loan. Next comes the expense sheets per month. This tracks your everyday purchases and helps you see exactly where your money is going each month. Along with the expense sheets, there is a total to help tally up the categories for your purchases every month.
For those with side jobs like me that have fluctuating income every month, I incorporated an extra income sheet to add in anything that you receive that was not in your original month at a glance. Finally, comes the finance checklist. This is where you keep the list of bills you pay every month. You only need one of these for the year because I listed all the months to just give a quick check.
But here is the best part of it all, I am giving my readers a free copy of the budget printable to use for their own households! You can add your family name at the top of the sheets so they are more personal and you can even change and add some of the categories. Click the picture below or here to get your free printable!
