Sweet but salty
Lately, my baking has consisted of cupcakes or cream cheese. This weekend seemed like a good time to switch it up and make something a little different but that still went together with Fall. I ran across this recipe for Salted Caramel Brownies and I knew I had to try it! Even though it did get a little messy at times, I had a great time making this delicious dessert. After all, who doesn’t like a little sweet mess. I wanted the caramel to soak into the brownies instead of creating a layer, so I opted for the syrup that you would typically put on ice cream. If you want the layer, make sure to get something like the Dulce de Leche from Nestle.
So, if you have some spare time this weekend, I would recommend this recipe. Its bound to be a hit with your friends and family!
